Clinical Support Specialist

Our client is a leading international medical technology company. Seeking a Clinical Support Specialist for their Vascular Division, focused on providing hands-on clinical support for their aortic product portfolio across South UK. The role emphasizes close collaboration with medical teams and delivering product education to healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a clinical expert by assisting doctors with vascular product cases, including planning, support in the OR, and daily engagement with clinical staff.
- Conduct technical training for both clinical customers and team members, covering the use of the company's vascular devices.
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to achieve targets, track product performance, and gather market intelligence.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and provide feedback to improve product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all quality and regulatory standards, maintaining a commitment to the company's values and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in clinical support and familiarity with vascular procedures is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of self-motivation and organizational ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and numeracy skills.
- Valid driving license with availability to travel extensively within the region.
