Recruitment Business Manager

Farnborough, Hampshire (Remote/Hybrid)

Zero threshold Commission scheme (10%-30%)

XQ are expanding our operations in the High-Performance Engineering sector. This expansion presents a unique opportunity for a Business Manager to join our team.


We are looking for someone to support and diversify the group's services, capturing new markets and influencing growth across different business functions. As a Business Manager, you will work in developing and onboarding a range of clients across the high-performance sector (industries such as F1, Motorsport, Advanced Engineering),


Candidate Profile

Essential

  • A proven track record in Business Development and Account Management, within an agency recruitment environment
  • Adaptability and a passion for building strong relationships
  • Examples of launching new initiatives, and delivering value to clients
  • A desire to drive growth and innovation within the recruitment industry


Desired (not essential)

  • Agency Recruitment experience in Engineering, Technical or Manufacturing (ideally executive or senior-level positions with leadership responsibilities).
  • A robust professional network within the industry, with strong relationships across clients and candidates.
  • Experience developing and managing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and controlling costs to ensure optimal use of financial resources.
