About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Aviation Recruitment Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting top aviation talent, building relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Selection: Utilize internal and external tools to identify and select top aviation talent, including job boards, LinkedIn, and other external platforms.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including airline operators and other aviation organizations.
  • Candidate Management: Manage the logistics of assessment centers, coordinate with candidates and clients, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Business Development: Generate business leads for the sales team through your candidate network and contribute to the growth of the company.
  • Operational Excellence: Embody our company values and provide an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact to placement.
Requirements
  • Excellent IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong Organization Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent English Speaking: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work under pressure, meet challenging targets, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal staff at all levels.
