About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing job ads, building a network of candidates and airline operators, and maintaining excellent communication with our candidate community. You will also be responsible for managing the logistics of assessment centers, nurturing client relationships, and generating business leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and placing job ads through various platforms to attract top aviation talent
- Building and maintaining relationships with aviation professionals and airlines to identify new business opportunities
- Managing the logistics of assessment centers, including coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for candidates and clients
- Nurturing client relationships to ensure successful delivery and meet monthly bonus targets
- Generating business leads for our sales team through your network of aviation professionals
- Providing an exceptional candidate experience through various initiatives, including competitions, surveys, and social networking events
Requirements
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal staff at all levels
- A friendly and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results
