About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and selecting top talent for various aviation roles, including pilots, cabin crew, engineers, and other aviation professionals. As an Aviation Recruitment Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and selecting candidates using internal and external tools, including job boards, LinkedIn, and other external platforms
  • Creating and managing job ads through LinkedIn groups and networks
  • Building relationships with candidates and clients to obtain recommendations, new business, and industry insights
  • Maintaining excellent communication with candidates, from initial enquiries to document collation and telephone interviews
  • Managing the logistics of assessment centres across the globe, managing candidates and clients on several continents throughout the recruitment process
  • Nurturing client relationships to ensure success and delivery, and building towards monthly bonuses
  • Generating business leads for the sales team through candidate networks
  • Embracing company values to provide an exceptional candidate experience

Requirements

  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Fluent English speaking
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to communicate with internal staff at all levels
  • Friendly and positive attitude
