Area Manager, Premium Grocery Brand


I am working with a premium food grocery retailer who are looking for an Area Manager to lead six sites in central London. They are focusing on sustainability and offering a high-quality product, with a strong emphasis on ethical sourcing and reducing environmental impact. The sites are in affluent neighbourhoods, catering to a discerning clientele that values premium, sustainable goods.

I am keen to speak with either an experienced Store Manager looking to take the next step in their career or a junior Area Manager who is eager to join a smaller, dynamic company where they can truly make a difference. This role offers the opportunity to shape the direction of the business, drive operational excellence, and influence sustainability initiatives across multiple


Key Responsibilities of the Area Manager

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple stores
  • Drive sales growth and meet performance targets
  • Lead, coach, and mentor store managers and their teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and P&L reports
  • Implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with senior management to support business growth and development

  • Proven experience in a management role within food retail or supermarkets.
