We are expanding our Lettings team to reflect the huge growth potential we see in the rental market. There has been an unprecedented level of high demand for properties. Our Lead to Keys feature is the only fully integrated platform that gives letting agents the ability to advertise properties to the largest audience in the UK, manage tenant enquiries efficiently, reference tenants and progress the legal and compliance aspects of a tenancy. This is all the way from advertising a property to handing the keys over. Since launch in October 2023 we have seen huge uptake of the platform and it is making a significant difference to our lettings customers. The Team’s role is to ensure the benefits of Lead to Keys and the Rightmove platform is maximized by all relevant lettings agents.
What youll be doing
• Inspire your team by communicating a clear vision of what is expected, role modelling the required behaviors and creating the right environment for your team to deliver the account plans and achieve targets / objectives
• Have a plan, set objectives & help your team define their own plans to achieve targets and objectives.
• Appraise the performance of individual team members to ensure they are focused on activities that support both business development and great account management whilst adding value to our customers and the business.
• Identify and maintain resource requirements for own area in relation to turnover, absence, recruitment to meet resource plan and succession planning.
• Develop relationships with key customers and influencers in the lettings market.
• Be an internal champion of the lettings proposition, ensuring it is incorporated into wider business pitches where appropriate.
• Be comfortable in adapting to change and leading a team through this with positive intent and willing to explore different avenues to deliver success.
• Conduct regular and effective coaching & 1-2-1’s and performance management.
• Develop your team through identification of learning needs to enable them to reach their full potential in line with company objectives.
• Manage the day-to-day relationships with external parties in support of company objectives and policy.
