- Extensive senior leadership experience in an international manufacturing business, supporting a diverse workforce.
- Proven ability to lead a people team across multiple locations, optimising performance and achieving strategic goals
- Comprehensive knowledge of current trends in people management in a complex, medium-sized organization.
- Demonstrable success in project delivery and change transformation.
- A strong commercial focus with a clear understanding of how business connects to people.
- Experience in leading business change programs; M&A and integration experience is advantageous.
- Listed company experience, including exposure to remuneration committees and boards would be advantageous.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to make informed decisions based on facts.
- Proactive, hands-on approach, willing to provide assistance where needed.
