About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of Service Director at Brainkind. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the effective management of our services, ensuring the provision of high-quality care and treatment to our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to achieve strategic objectives and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain registration with the Care Quality Commission.
  • Develop and implement budgets, capital, and revenue plans to ensure the financial sustainability of our services.
  • Recruit, employ, and manage staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and training to provide high-quality care.
  • Plan and manage annual leave to ensure the safe running of our services.
Requirements
  • QCF (NVQ) Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification in Social Care/Health.
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory requirements, such as Care Quality Commission regulations and outcomes.
  • 5 years' experience of managing registered care homes.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
