About the Role

Mace is a leading international consultancy and construction company that is redefining the boundaries of ambition. We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team and contribute to the delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and maintain exceptional safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and project compliance standards.
  • Advise on and implement appropriate programme delivery environments, including People, Organisation, Process, Information, and Technology.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the successful delivery of key assignments and defined business areas.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to implement and manage our programmes.
Requirements
  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of major civil works/infrastructure projects and programmes.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
