This is a full-time on-site role in London for a Telesales Representative at TariffTel. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for communication with customers, updating and maintaining our CRM system, and setting up appointments for our Sales Account Managers.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in customer support and sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Knowledge of international trade and customs classification is a plus
  • Previous experience in Telesales or related field
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
