About the Role:

The Customer Success Specialist serves as a strategic partner throughout the buying journey, fostering loyalty and long-term client retention. They provide product information, address customer issues, and support the sales team with upselling and renewals.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as a brand and product ambassador, enhancing company reputation through direct customer engagement.
  • Manage client relationships as the primary contact (excluding commercial discussions) for subscription clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
  • Coordinate client consultancy requests and projects, handling 'simple' insight reporting and consultancy tasks.
  • Develop and maintain personalised content like dashboards and reports.
  • Lead client onboarding and provide ongoing training, technical support, and troubleshooting.
  • Analyse client usage data to drive engagement strategies and support contract renewals and sales efforts.
  • Advocate for customer needs within the company and contribute customer insights to product development.


Requirements:

  • Strong relationship management skills and working experience in a customer facing role within a similar setting
  • At least 1 years experience in a similar role and industry
  • Excel and Pivot table exposure a must
  • Persuasion skills and engaging presentation style


Salary - up to 45k with inevitable renewal bonus with a 38k basic salary

Hybrid - Minimum 2 x days in office
