This role demands a strong understanding of security principles, proficiency in project management methodologies, and excellent communication skills for effective coordination with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Review and Setup: Review assigned projects from both technical and commercial perspectives during the handover process. Set up and structure new projects in 'SimPro' and 'SharePoint' post-handover, ensuring systems are accurately maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Planning: Develop and issue a project program and task schedule (WBS) that aligns with the client’s timeline and program of works, clearly defining key tasks and critical path actions.

  • Design Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Design Team Group to provide detailed design drawings and calculations during the pre-construction phase. Submit these documents to the client team for approval through a formal control mechanism.

  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all program, design drawings, calculations, RAMS, quality plans, technical/sample/benchmark submittals, and plant/tool registers are produced during the pre-construction phase and submitted to the client team for approval using a formal control mechanism. Maintain these documents throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all personnel work within Health and Safety guidelines and adhere to up-to-date and approved SSOW (Method Statements and Risk Assessments) through regular reviews.
