My client is a highly collaborative and principled recruitment company within the finance and accounting space – recruiting across permanent and freelance at all levels.


We are looking for a B2B Marketing specialist to strategize and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels in order to build brand awareness and generate leads for the consultants.


This is a super flexible hybrid role - Offices in London & Reading.


We are open to full-time or part-time candidate applications.


The Role


  • Ownership of all company level organic social media activity.
  • Lead on in-person events appropriate for the various target markets.
  • Elevate the brand so they are positioned in a more senior market, to aid their push in the executive search and interim space.
  • Create marketing collateral to help Consultants with new business activity.
  • Provide expertise around SEO, google advertising, and data capture.
  • Email marketing strategy and delivery.
  • Plan video content, thought leadership, industry news at company and consultant level.


The Person


  • Ideally at least 3 years within a B2B marketing role (recruitment or professional services preferred but not essential).
  • Tech savvy, ideally with experience with LinkedIn, Hubspot, PowerPoint, Canva.
  • Proactive and can drive the marketing & sales agenda across the business.
  • A creative eye, able to take our brand guidelines and create unique templates and content.
  • Collaborative and innovative.
