Energy Sales & Corporate Broking Director

  • Small-mid cap focus.
  • A deal and corporate focussed role: raising capital and book-building for block trades.
  • Marketing and raising capital for a roster of small and mid cap corporate clients in the UK listed and upstream oil & gas sectors.
  • Responsible for maintaining and further developing relationships with existing clients, as allocated and build out a strong client base covering a large number of buy-side funds, however, should also be able to originate and bring in new business which is key.
  • A key role in producing and disseminating sales and market focussed commentary to buy-side investors.
  • Provide advice to clients on their relationships with investors and the market place.
  • Communicate with institutional investors regarding corporate clients.

Skills and attributes:

  • Over 10 years experience with a strong sector knowledge within Energy and renewables.
  • Strong writing and communications skills required with suitable finance experience and training.
  • An understanding of regulations governing financial markets, should already be FCA registered.
