Meraki Talent’s leading global healthcare company is looking to bring in a Salesforce Developer to join their organisation. They are a market leader in the Healthcare insurance market and with their global reach and integrated health services ensure they remain ahead of their competition.



They are looking are looking for a Service Delivery / Operating Effectiveness Specialist to the join the team. This role will sit within an Infrastructure team and will involve Service Excellence, Process Improvement, Risk Management, Change Management and Audit all with the remit of improving business efficiency and cost effectiveness.



Responsibilities of the Service Delivery / Operational Improvement Analyst


  • Service Excellence - ensure high-quality service delivery to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Process Improvement, continuously enhance operational processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure stable and secure operations.
  • Change Management - manage and adapt to organizational changes to maintain smooth transitions and minimize disruptions.
  • Audit, review and assess processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.



Background of the Service Delivery / Operational Improvement Analyst


  • Proven experience in Service Excellence and ability to deliver improved operational efficiency
  • Background in Process Improvement, Change Management, Audit and Risk Management
  • Strong Stakeholder Management and Communication skills
  • Ideally experience using Jira, Visio and Service Now
