THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Client Development Manager to support the Commercial Director and act as driver for growth within the business. You will play a key role within the business to develop new revenues and new client relationships across multiple business sectors including Automotive, Consumer, Technology, Entertainment, Luxury and Healthcare. We want to enable you to use your passion of delivering the best for your clients to create outstanding creative content, world class live broadcasts and trend setting hybrid events for internationally respected brands.
Candidates should be energetic team players who use their initiative to solve problems; are client-first in behaviour, always one step ahead of anticipating client needs, possess excellent communication, project management and organisational skills, and be able to operate in a fast paced, creative and varied environment.
Our ideal candidate will have 3-4 year’s prior work experience in a similar focused agency / production company role.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish a strong sales pipeline to drive revenue and new business
- Know your client’s objectives (better than they do) to develop solutions to grow revenues, develop creative responses, pitch-decks, treatments and proposals
- Conduct market and client research/analysis to identify ideal prospect clients and understand their challenges and opportunities
- Work with the senior leadership team to align business development strategies with company goals
- Develop and implement a business development plan that aligns with our growth strategy and targets core sectors
- Meet annual sales targets and monthly quotas, providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts
- Monitor industry trends, analyse competitor activities, and identify potential target markets
- Have an unparalleled appetite and ambition for business growth on a global scale
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Min. 3 year’s experience in a similar agency / production company environment
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and commercial growth, demonstrating consistent success in business development or sales, ideally within the creative, design and development, across healthcare, entertainment, automotive, technology and/or the financial sectors.
- Strong set of client relationships, ready to grow them at pace in a new home
- Degree level educated
- Experience in developing creative solutions and working with creative teams to bring ideas to life
- Exceptional written and spoken English
- Excellent attention to detail
- Keen interest in creative services industries and technology first in your approach

PERFORMANCE
- Will be managed through KPIs around client growth and new client acquisitions within a set Turnover and Gross Profit target
