Senior Client Development Manager

As a Senior Client Development Manager, you will focus on creating exceptional VIP client experiences. You will play a critical role in fostering long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, establishing a robust database, and achieving sales objectives by converting high-value foot traffic into lasting partnerships. This position will require you to travel across Europe to connect with clients and support our retail teams in various markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute personalized client engagement strategies that enhance loyalty and drive sales growth across Europe, with a strong emphasis on VIP client experiences.
- Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clientele, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive client database, tracking interactions and preferences to tailor experiences effectively.
- Design and manage bespoke events and exclusive experiences for our high-profile clients, ensuring every detail aligns with their preferences and the brand's luxury standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored communications and experiences that resonate with our clientele.
- Analyze client data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for engagement, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and ethos in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to retail teams across Europe, ensuring they are equipped to deliver a premium client experience.
- Monitor and report on client development metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client expectations to keep our strategies relevant and impactful.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client development, relationship management, or luxury sales, with a strong track record of engaging high-profile clientele.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust.
- A deep understanding of luxury retail and the unique needs of affluent clients.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform strategy.
