What will you be doing?

Manage a portfolio of regional key accounts – achieving year on year budget revenue and profit growth and increase market share

Target project opportunities in the region and convert into sales for HellermannTyton

Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition

Customer acquisition – acquire new customers for HellermannTyton, increasing market share across all key customer groups and winning competitor held business – OEM, Wholesale/Distribution, Verticals

Develop, implement and execute a strategic and tactical key account sales plan for the region focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Identifying, tracking and converting key regional new business prospects to Sales for HellermannTyton – Strong focus on projects and end user opportunities

Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

Utilise multiple sources of data to assess sales and account performance

Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account and business development metrics

Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics

Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets

Support the development of new business within the region from a varied customer base – OEMs, Wholesale/Distribution, Projects

Manage and control negotiations with customers to ensure that product prices are maintained at levels which will enable the organisation's financial targets to be achieved.

Continuously monitor and assess the market in order to identify new business opportunities and enhance/develop the customer base.

Work Closely with Vertical Market and Automotive Business Development Managers – supporting key vertical industry growth within the region

Assess the risks to the business of any new commercial opportunities

Work closely across functions to maximise opportunities
