We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Hunter to our clients team. This role is pivotal in driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base for E2E unified data platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales, with the ability to pitch complex data solutions to high-level stakeholders such as Chief Data Officers (CDOs) and Heads of Data Science. Experience with Databricks is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Identify Opportunities: Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities within target markets. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Pitch and Present Solutions: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our E2E unified data platforms to potential clients through compelling pitches and presentations.
  • Engage with C-Level Executives: Build and nurture relationships with senior-level stakeholders, including CDOs and Heads of Data Science, to understand their data challenges and position our solutions accordingly.
  • Close Sales: Drive the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Post-Sales Engagement: Maintain ongoing conversations with clients post-sales to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies, share insights, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide relevant and timely information to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the technology sector, preferably with a focus on data platforms or related solutions.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of data platforms, data integration, and analytics. Experience with Databricks is highly desirable.
  • Executive Presence: Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior-level executives, particularly CDOs and Heads of Data Science.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Superior presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Results-Oriented: Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong motivation and drive to succeed.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
