Head of Sales – EMEA and APAC - Hardware/Software/Services


Do you have previous experience of leading a team of global sales Directors, producing year on year growth? Reporting directly to our CCO, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting with customers, building lasting relationships, and driving our global presence forward. Your Mission:

  • Lead with Passion: Guide and inspire our regional sales teams, ensuring they hit their targets and grow our footprint in both new and existing accounts.
  • Be the Connection: Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, making sure they know all about our fantastic suite of services.
  • Innovate and Collaborate: Work closely with customers and stakeholders to align goals and drive success.
  • Champion Excellence: Maintain a few key accounts yourself, maximizing client spend and ensuring top-notch service.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record in managing and mentoring sales teams in the solution space (hardware, software, and services).
  • Strategic Insight: Ability to understand customer needs, create compelling value propositions, and close deals.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure team compliance with processes and accurate reporting within HubSpot (CRM).
  • Financial Savvy: Monitor and adjust team performance to meet financial targets, providing quality control on pricing and quotations.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with various departments to address challenges and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree.
  • At least five years of experience in sales and account management, with a proven track record of hitting financial targets.
  • Preferably experienced in passenger processing solutions with established executive relationships in the industry.
  • Bonus: Experience in the airline/aviation industry and proficiency in Spanish, French, or German.
