PPC Specialist

Glasgow (hybrid onsite 3 days a week)

Salary circa £40k plus benefits


An award-winning business turning over £3 billion per year and partnered with brands such as This Morning and Channel 4 is looking for a PPC Specialist to join their marketing team.

Operating like an agency within the business, you’ll report into the Digital Marketing Manager and specialise in all things paid ads including social and PPC. Working strategically and commercially, you’ll drive traffic to the website and generate new business leads in this D2C marketing role. Managing budgets over 6 figures, you’ll drive all paid activity from campaign execution through to reporting and data analysis.


Being a lead in this role, you’ll be tasked with:

• Managing and executing paid campaigns across Google and Meta

• Applying optimisation techniques and experimentation on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum performance and ROI

• Liaising and working with internal stakeholders

• Providing regular campaign insights for stakeholders.

• Working with external parties to help drive performance.


To be considered for this role, you’ll have:

• Previous experience executing technical PPC and paid social campaigns

•An understanding of commercial objectives and have experience implementing digital campaigns to achieve those goals

• Experience managing 6 figure budgets

• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and business intelligence tools

• Willingness to share knowledge and discuss tactics and approaches

• A proactive approach to learning new trends and keeping up to date with industry changes
