Salary: Up to £35k


Nine Twenty are proud to partner with a leading Glasgow-based Digital Marketing Agency that focuses on providing innovative digital services to well-known Scottish brands. The agency is going through natural growth, offering development and progression opportunities.


The Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with an in-depth knowledge of SEO, including technical, on-page, and off-page, local search optimization, and the latest algorithmic updates. Additionally, this role will involve managing paid search campaigns although previous experience in this area is not essential.


Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage SEO strategies, including technical, on-page, and off-page optimization.
  • Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Google Shopping, Display, Remarketing, and paid social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Conduct keyword research and track performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Produce detailed and insightful reports to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and optimize landing pages for paid campaigns.
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.


Required Experience

  • Minimum two years’ experience in a digital marketing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Expertise in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
  • Ability to create and optimise landing pages for paid campaigns.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.


Optional:

  • Experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Google Shopping, Display, Remarketing).
  • Proficiency in managing paid social campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Magento), Google Tag Manager, HTML, and CSS.
