Exposure Ninja are hiring We're a rapidly growing, exciting Digital Marketing Agency and we’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic PPC Specialist to join our Ninja family.

Exposure Ninjas PPC Specialist is responsible for handling multiple red-hot online PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You’ll work alongside a team of digital marketers to help deliver award-winning cross-channel marketing campaigns for AWESOME clients.

**Our PPC Specialists key focuses will be**:

- Plan, optimise, implement and manage paid search campaigns for a variety of clients.
- Ensure PPC campaigns are set up and optimised according to the clients brief and best practice guidelines.
- Analyse activity and performance of all paid search campaigns and report findings back to the PPC Manager and subsequent clients.

**Our PPC Specialist is responsible for**:

- Helping to develop near and long-time paid search strategies and campaigns for clients.
- Reviewing potential new clients.
- Managing small to medium-sized PPC budgets.
- Working with the other teams to ensure landing pages are effectively optimised for all PPC campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and conversion is possible.
- Performing keyword research and managing all bid management for your clients.
- Working with the PPC Manager to ensure all paid search activity falls in line with the larger search marketing and digital marketing strategy.
- Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends.
- Helping to define PPC strategies for a host of clients.
- Working alongside other digital marketing departments to support cross-channel marketing strategies.

**To be successful in this role, we recommend**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably agency-side).
- Proven track record in driving successful PPC and paid search campaigns.
- Strong working knowledge of Facebook Ads and all paid social platforms.
- Google Adwords certification is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Passion for PPC and digital marketing in general.
- Effective communication and reporting skills.
- Strong track record in managing small to medium-sized budgets.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
- A client-first attitude.
- Strategic thinking
- Excellent team working skills.

Additional experience with the following platforms, is not required but would be beneficial:

- Amazon Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Microsoft Ads
- Reddit Ads
- Pinterest Ads

**Hours**:
This can be a part-time or full-time position on a contract or freelance basis. We're looking for the right person to join our growing team.

You’ll have to be available for client calls and meetings (generally held during UK office hours), but otherwise, you are responsible for managing your working hours appropriately. Oh, and did we mention that this is a 100% remote position, so there’ll never be any commuting time or cost?
