About the role

Overseeing our Scotland and North East region, you will nurture key relationships with Mortgage firms within our network to grow their revenue goals. You'll support business owners and Advisers to increase lead generation by maximising use of our homegrown tools and systems, product knowledge, campaign strategies and sharing the latest lending market trends and competitors.


Bringing your own ideas and innovation, you'll be focused on continuing to develop our proposition to deliver results and business retention within the network. You'll work closely with our award-winning Adviser Recruitment team to promote Adviser vacancies for firms in your region, contributing to the performance targets and goals for your region.


About You

Our ideal candidate is able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in a Business Development/Regional Sales role within the Mortgage Advice sector
  • Experience in implementing new initiatives leading to business revenue growth
  • Leadership and coaching skills, leading businesses and internal teams to achieve success
  • Key relationship building skills
  • Commercially driven decision making
  • Confidence working to KPIs
