At Communication Works, we specialise in amplifying our client’s message through trusted partnerships that influence their core markets. With over three decades of proven excellence, we collaborate with organizations across various industries to articulate their vision, engage their audiences, and achieve their goals.
Due to rapid growth, we are looking for two individuals to join our London based team as Sales Coordinators, providing on-going sales and administrative support to the Directors.
The successful candidate will be provided full training through Communication Work’s formal Professional Development Track, with the opportunity for advancement into a senior sales role.
A combination of base earnings + commission
The successful candidates will be
- A quick learner with a good sense of humour- Can learn new concepts quickly and can think on their feet
- Confident and articulate – Is not afraid of speaking to others and can clearly relay their thoughts
- Tenacious and hungry for success – A believer in the efficacy of systems underpinned by working both hard and smart
- High attention to detail – someone who is conscientious to ensure accuracy in supporting successful sales outcomes
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
+ Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
+ Recording sales and order information.
+ Updating CRM system on an on-going basis.
+ Writing proposals to clients on behalf of Directors.
+ Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Requirements:
+ 6-12 months of sales experience beneficial but not a deal-breaker
+ Confident and authoritative speaker.
+ Excellent presentation skills.
+A quick learner who is genuinely able to operate under their own initiative.
+ Results and detail orientated.
