Job Description

As a Production Coordinator you will support the Production Planners at CaST with all of their day-to-day needs. No two days will be the same and you’ll be expected to be able to prioritize tasks and effectively manage your workload in a high-energy, deadline driven environment. You’ll be responsible for supporting the Production Planner with outlining production requirements and being aware of all omni-channel content from inception to completion.

The Production Co-Ordinators primary tasks will include:

  • Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials in team’s shared document repository.
  • Handle daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of client-facing production reports, meeting arrangements and follow up notes.
  • Contribute to the assessment of inventory availability and the formulation of proposals for new client opportunities.
  • Manage the delivery and tracking of creative assets, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch.
  • Run the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance.
  • Create job numbers and actualize bill/pay systems when applicable.
  • Review, organize, store and track PO’s.
  • Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to Publicis best practices throughout the full campaign lifecycle.
  • Support with general client management e.g. meeting organisation and facilitation, meeting notes, next steps and action tracking
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2yrs experience in a similar client facing position in a creative advertising or production agency.
  • Fluent business English - both written and spoken is a must.
  • Professionalism, engagement, attention to detail and pro-active approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to prioritise and comfortable in a changing environment
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Proactive attitude and good organisational skills.
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with clients & internal colleagues.
  • Participating in implementation of integrated digital projects on a local / global scale.
  • Production / adaptation of advertising formats for 360 campaigns.
  • Supporting Production Planner in handling budget reporting for executed projects.
  • Supporting Production Planner in handling internal processes and documentation related to projects execution..
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the business overall, delivering against client KPIs.
