Amazon Account Manager

Salary £35-45k

Central London (Tube and Train Station) - 2 - 3 days a week

As an Amazon Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and ensuring seamless client experiences while working at the cutting edge of eRetail and Retail Media.


The Amazon Account Manager will:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
  • Evangelise the company’s services and technology to drive client success
  • Develop quarterly and annual growth plans for clients based on data-driven strategies
  • Manage client engagement to continually exceed performance goals in eCommerce
  • Navigate the intersection of eRetail and Retail Media to deliver exceptional results


Essential Skills:

  • Incredible Amazon Vendor and/or Seller Central experience
  • Proven ability to build strategic relationships at senior levels
  • Strategic, thorough and proactive in their approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
