Role overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Digital Account Assistant to join our dynamic Digital Team. This position provides a unique opportunity to engage in various facets of social media content management and digital influencer marketing, while also gaining hands-on experience in client account management. The successful candidate will report to a Digital Account Director and Company Directors, playing a key role in delivering impactful digital communications strategies.


Key responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging and brand-aligned social media captions and assist in the creation of monthly content calendars across all platforms.
  • Collaborate in maintaining the visual aesthetic of social media feeds, ensuring consistency with client brand guidelines.
  • Assist in the creation of content that effectively communicates key brand messages and drives engagement, including attending photoshoots and live events for real-time coverage on platforms like Instagram Stories.

Social Media Account Management:

  • Manage community engagement across client social media channels, including responding to comments, messages, and influencer requests.
  • Support the Digital Account Director in executing paid digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Monitor social media metrics and analytics, contributing to the optimisation of content and campaigns based on data-driven insights.

Influencer Relations:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers across various sectors including food, lifestyle, VIP, design, and hospitality.
  • Assist the PR Team in pitching to influencers and negotiating terms for social media coverage, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and client expectations.
  • Organise and manage influencer events, including the creation of event briefs, liaising with clients, managing guest lists, and providing on-site support.

Client Account Management:

  • Act as a liaison for up to 10 client accounts within the Social Media and Digital Team, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Conduct research and monitor industry trends to inform best practices and innovative strategies for client campaigns.
  • Prepare agendas for meetings, compile post-meeting recaps, and actively participate in client meetings, presenting findings and progress.
  • Contribute to monthly reports, detailing social media analytics, engagement metrics, and the performance of MailChimp newsletter campaigns.


Additional duties:

  • Undertake any other duties as required that align with the primary responsibilities of the role, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of digital communications processes and client service.


Personal skills:

  • Attention and care for detail is essential for the role.
  • Prior experience in social media or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
  • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit various brands.
  • A creative eye, particularly in curating visually appealing feeds and content for social media platforms.
  • Professional and polished communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic, capable of thriving in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • An understanding of best practices in social media management, including paid social media advertising.
  • Knowledge of prominent influencers and the restaurant and hospitality scene in London.
