THE ROLE
This role will play a pivotal role in bridging our clients' visions with our expert teams and will oversee operations and processes from initial client onboarding to ongoing account management, ensuring a high quality and results driven service.
- Be the primary point of contact of your clients: build and maintain long lasting client relationships by ensuring their needs and expectations are feasibly met. You will also regularly evaluate campaign performances and provide reports and recommendations for improvement whilst ensuring the highest quality of service is always provided.
- You will stand in as the strategy guru of your clients where you understand their unique goals and challenges and recommend strategies that will be actioned by the technical team.
- You have a growth mindset and find opportunities to expand and add value to client accounts by either up-selling and/or cross-selling services.
MORE ABOUT YOU
- You have at least 4-5 years of Account Management experience within the digital marketing space and have used tools focused on SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing and Web Analytics
- You have exceptional client management skills with great communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple client accounts.
- You are tech savvy with a basic understanding of CMS and are updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
