As Head of HR, you will lead an operational HR team of HR Business Partners and Advisors to implement a transformational HR strategy and comprehensive group people plan. You will develop and execute proactive employee relations strategies, enhance employee engagement, and foster positive relationships with Trade Unions. Additionally, you will coach and develop business leaders and HR professionals, ensure effective communication across all levels, and utilise data analysis to measure success and drive continuous improvement.


With experience of developing stronger relationships with Trade Unions and of driving change through your team, you are an inspiring and motivational leader. You possess strong coaching and influencing skills, coupled with a proven track record in improving employee relations and engagement. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage complex projects, and analyse data to inform decision-making is essential. Additionally, you will have experience transforming Trade Union relationships and enhancing the overall employee experience, demonstrating a strategic mindset and the capability to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies.
