Role – Account Manager

Location – Northampton offices (hybrid remote working offered)

Salary – to £60,000 basic plus uncapped commission and benefits – the business is happy to guarantee commission for the first 6-12 months.



The opportunity is to join one of the World leaders in IT managed services, digital transformation and IT hardware and software procurement.


They are the biggest IT VAR/MSP in Europe with an £8billion turnover, £280m in the UK, with 16,000 staff and over 70,000 clients.


They are looking for 2 Account Managers to join their Northampton team to sell their range of IT hardware, software, solutions and services.


The basic salary is circa £60,000 (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission and benefits including private medical, private pension, cash bonuses, gym membership, well-being support, and various incentives.


The business is also happy to guarantee commission earnings (up to double your basic) for up to 12 months.


Hybrid working offered, 2-3 days from home, 2-3 days out of their newly renovated offices in Northampton. They have 5 UK offices and other offices around 14 European countries.


Technologies sold include hardware, software, managed services, cloud (Microsoft Azure), cyber security and AI. They have a 40-person service desk onsite in Northampton.
