Various Eateries core brands are Coppa Club and Noci. Coppa Club is a multi-use, all-day concept that brings dining, café-workspace, lounge, and bar under one roof, while Noci is a neighbourhood fresh pasta restaurant. The Group currently operates across twenty sites nationwide.



We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Manager focused on performance marketing to join our team at Various Eateries. You will work across our five brands with a focus on our two lead brands, Coppa Club and Noci. Supported by each brand’s Head of Marketing, you will be the digital expert in the room, ready to give suggestions and ideas that drive the brand and business forward. This role is crucial in enhancing our digital footprint and ensuring measurable growth in bookings and direct revenue to our brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results in the hospitality industry.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Work closely with the marketing and senior leadership team to ensure alignment of digital strategies with the overall marketing objectives and collaborate with web developers, third parties and external agencies to effectively deliver the marketing objectives.
  • Campaign Management - develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels including PPC, SEO, third party and email marketing. This includes setting up promotional mechanics on internal and external platforms.
  • Optimise campaigns to ensure they meet ROI targets. Conduct constant testing to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
  • Utilise analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise marketing efforts. Share reports with senior management with insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Be the project lead for the group tech stack, ensuring we use the right tools in the right way and researching new tools to improve our stack.
  • Social media growth – grow followers and engagement, adapting campaigns to utlilise new features and algorithm changes. Report on social media performance.
  • Budget Management - manage and allocate the digital marketing budget to maximise ROI. Secondly, monitor spend and performance to ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
  • CRM Management - design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into bookings and improved brand awareness.
  • Segment customer databases based on behaviors and demographics for targeted marketing efforts including automations.
  • Manage web updates and work with web developers on performance and mapping out of future web enhancements including conversion optimisation.



QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:


  • Proven track record of managing successful PPC, SEO, affiliate, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and knowledge of the latest trends and improvements in digital marketing is ideal.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and happy to explain what you are working on in simple terms.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry and using hospitality specific tools would be ideal though not essential. However, experience working in a B2C environment is crucial.
