The Role


A fantastic opportunity for a recent Graduate with an Economic or Finance Numerate degree to join a well-respected Asset Management firm. The successful candidate will have a high attention detail and be open to the possibility of travelling aboard when required. The firm will support the study of Investment Qualifications including the CFA.

The Investment Operations Associate will work well in a team that will closely support the Fund Solutions and Multi-Manager team.

The Investment Operations Associate will be responsible for Portfolio administration and monitoring of Irish Funds cash flows, SIP Fund cash flows and SCI cash flows, taking responsibility for any basic research requests as well as updating and maintaining Investment Analysis spreadsheets.

The Investment Operations Associate will develop tools to benefit the team whilst providing accurate data information, ensuring to update and maintain internal meeting agendas and report writing.

The Investment Operations Associate will assist in the maintenance of databases, preparing reports and presentations for clients and liaising with Fund Administrators and Custodians to help resolve any operational issues.


The Candidate


Recent Economics or Numerate Graduate – 2.1 Minimum

Masters degree – preferred but not essential

High attention to detail – ESSENTIAL

Strong numerical ability

Passionate about investing with an interest in the world and finance

Strong spreadsheet and IT skills

Flexible team player with the ability to work well under pressure

Proactive self-starter
