OVERVIEW | Senior Investment Operations Analyst

In this role, you will be expected to work as part of a team whilst independently performing complex procedures, analysis, and issue resolution to support the lifecycle of investments in a global infrastructure.

  • Independently resolve problems, partnering with Front-Office, external providers, Custodians, and Counter-parties as appropriate.
  • Interact internally and externally with confidence to senior operations staff, outsourced providers, custodians, IT, broker-dealers to provide direction, obtain information and resolve problems.
  • Ensure compliance with established regulatory and operational procedures.
  • Work as part of an agile but small Operations team, managing workload and owning issues.
  • Identify and resolve advanced problems.
  • Lead/conduct special analyses and studies.
  • Oversee outsourced providers and form strong relationships with trading counterparties.
  • Support global investment initiatives through active participation in projects, development and implementation of new initiatives, process reviews and/or system enhancements.
