The role will involve but not be restricted to:


Compliance and Onboarding

  • Responsible for maintaining best level compliance and onboarding of interim candidates
  • Chasing references for candidates
  • Carrying out right to work and qualification checks
  • Submitting DBS checks
  • Issuing contracts
  • Liaising with candidate and client regarding any timesheet queries
  • Ensuring we hold appropriate compliance for permanent and fixed term contract candidates


Marketing & Social Media

  • Responsible for managing our LinkedIn company profile and creating job videos and content to be shared using Canva
  • Assisting in the management of our Wordpress website
  • Posting job adverts to job boards
  • Assisting in the design of permanent proposals, shortlisting packs and internal presentations
  • Formatting CVs consistent with branding for permanent shortlists
  • Ensuring branding is consistent and identifiable
  • Designing and managing client microsites using Wix for branded campaigns


Office Management

  • Assist with the management of the office
  • Making sure that the office is kept well stocked
  • Assist in the organising of social events
  • Assist with the on-boarding of new staff


Requirements:

  • Degree educated
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive with a can do attitude
  • strong organisation skills
