Our client is an established leader in surgical medical devices with a 60% market share and an excellent reputation. Bringing significant clinical advantages to NHS Trusts and Private healthcare settings, this manufacturer is keen to continue their strong track record of growth. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Territory Manager South UK to join their team.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone new/limited experience in medical sales. The focus of this role is to develop and enhance clinical relationships across the territory with the focus being Theatres, Critical Care and Procurement. The purpose of the role is to communicate the clinical and commercial benefits of our product range, to enable better patient outcomes and to provide cost-effective options to clinical staff across the territory.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver year-on-year sales growth by meeting/exceeding territory targets.
  • Strong focus on new product introduction.
  • To secure, maintain and service existing business.
  • To develop and implement agreed strategies in all target accounts.
  • To deliver excellent training to customers to understand the products and services to best practice standard.


Experience & profile:

  • This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in Medical Sales. The following would be desirable. Nursing/Technical/Medical qualification, with experience in any of the following areas - Hospital Theatre, ICU or Emergency Care.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role would be highly advantageous, particularly in the above clinical areas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Organisational/multi-tasking skills.
  • Comfortable working independently with a high level of self-initiative.
  • Persuasive and approachable with strong interpersonal skills (relationship building & teamwork).
  • Tenacity and resilience.
  • Flexible approach to working hours during busy periods
  • Full Driving License
  • The successful candidate would ideally be based within the territory
