What we need:


We’re looking for someone who will roll their sleeves up and develop exciting creative, smash campaigns and lead the team to success. You should be curious about the world and developing your creative & strategic prowess.


Candidates should:


  • Have 4-8 years experience of consumer PR & social in an agency
  • Experience in leading creative & strategic proposals
  • Experience in managing client accounts and campaigns (all aspects from creative, resourcing & financials)
  • Have a positive, problem-solving, accountable attitude to work
  • Ideally have worked on consumer, lifestyle or food and drink campaigns

What you’ll be doing:


  • Working mostly on consumer, lifestyle and FMCG creative earned media campaigns (PR, social & influencer campaigns)
  • Being responsible end-to-end with your clients – from taking and interrogating initial briefs, building creative and strategic proposals, through to activating with the team and making sure everything happens
  • You will be a key client contact day to day so must be comfortable building big relationships with the brands we work with
  • Be accountable for the team, the KPIs and the finance
