About the Role:

We are partnering with a cutting-edge payments business that's revolutionizing the hospitality sector with a ground-breaking tipping platform. This innovative product ensures that 100% of tips go directly to the staff and can be split fairly. As their new Marketing Manager, you will lead the charge in spreading the word and driving adoption across bars and restaurants in the UK and beyond.

Your Mission:

  • Drive Marketing Excellence: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing projects, including digital, social media, email, events, PR, and more.
  • Boost Brand Presence: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Be the Face of Innovation: Confidently pitch the exciting tipping product on stage at events and forums, showcasing its value and benefits to potential clients and partners.
  • Network and Represent: Attend and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand presence and establish new connections.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Participate in relevant industry associations to stay abreast of market developments and ensure our marketing strategies are cutting-edge.


Your Profile:

  • Location: Based in the United Kingdom.
  • Communication: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience: 3+ years in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in public speaking and pitching.
  • Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships within the industry.
  • Travel: Willing to travel for events, conferences, and meetings as required.
  • Analysis: Proficient in market research, data analysis, and competitor strategies.
  • Digital Savvy: Experienced in diverse digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Hospitality Insight: Strong understanding of the hospitality industry is a major advantage.
