About the Role

As Contracts administrator, you will play a key part in assisting the Construction and Pre-Construction Directors, to ensure the contracts team and pre-con team operate effectively. You will support the department’s functions to run smoothly, to promote growth and meet financial objectives.


You will be joining a tight-knit team that work hard to deliver excellence, holding each other accountable to high standards. We enjoy the challenges thrown at us, as well as the occasional night out to celebrate our successes


Key Accountabilities Include

  • Liaise with clients/representatives & Area solicitors to arrange full execution of contracts
  • Mange the subcontractors’ scoring matrix
  • Raise new project registration and PO forms
  • Work closely with Contracts Managers to oversee the contact directory
  • Assist with drafting subcontractors’ agreements and collateral warranties
  • Manage the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) process
  • Log subcontractors accounts on PayApps
