Salary: £30,000 per annum plus bonus
Office based - Mon / Fri
Exciting Sales Opportunity with a Leading Events Organisation
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take charge of driving revenue and smashing targets across multiple products while keeping our clients happy and engaged. This role is all about building strong relationships, finding new business opportunities, and making sure everything runs smoothly, whether it’s in meetings, events, or day-to-day client interactions. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:
What You’ll Do
- Own the revenue goals for the brand and its products—hitting and exceeding targets is your jam
- Manage key accounts like a pro, ensuring clients stick around and feel valued.
- Create custom proposals that help clients achieve their goals.
- Keep on top of your KPIs and help drive the brand forward.
- Hunt for new business opportunities via calls, meetings, and emails.
- Inspire and guide the team with strategies to overcome challenges and hit goals.
- Stay organised using our CRM system to keep client communications seamless.
- Work with marketing to spot cost-effective exhibitions, plan our presence, and make the most of these opportunities.
- Team up with the editor to deliver advertiser messages, find potential new clients, and keep the brand commercially strong.
- Build and maintain partnerships with key players in the industry.
- Step up during events to troubleshoot issues and make sure everything ends on a high note.
- Constantly be on the lookout for new ways to grow the business and expand our reach.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in media sales or account management.
- Strong skills in managing key accounts and keeping clients happy.
- Confidence in creating custom proposals that hit the mark.
- Great communication skills, especially in face-to-face situations.
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and working with multiple products.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (we like things to stay organised).
- The ability to negotiate, present ideas, and build lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivation and a results-driven attitude.
What’s on Offer
- Basic Salary: Up to £30K
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): £42K+
