To enable this hyper growth we are looking to attract highly ambitious recruitment leaders who we can empower and support, to grow amazing businesses.


We’ve recently moved into a new state of the art office in Liverpool Street, with space to grow by an additional 40 heads in the next couple of years. We are looking for an experienced Director who wants to be part of this exciting growth and build out something great

Some Responsibilities:

  • Lead the teams providing guidance, support and knowledge
  • Report to the board and CEO
  • Collaborate with managers to define recruitment strategies and build high-performing teams.
  • Drive incentives in the office
  • Assess and plan market growth in key verticals.
  • Monitoring the performance of the senior sales teams by setting and reviewing goals and identifying any training needs

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Encourage teamwork and cross-functional collaboration to achieve common goals and drive organizational success.

Strategic Planning and Growth:

  • Work closely with board of directors to understand business objectives and align with organizational goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and resource allocation to support business growth.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a director level role with achievements
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Ambitious and driven mindset, with a desire to take on new challenges and contribute to organizational growth.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is preferred.
