Annapurna HR have been retained to find a Recruitment Coordinator for a leading Investment Firm supporting some of the most ambitious scale-up businesses to achieve their long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels to ensure seamless scheduling.
- Send calendar invites, confirmations, and detailed interview instructions.
- Administer modelling assessments and aptitude tests, providing clear instructions to candidates.
- Track test completion and ensure results are shared with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Compile and organise interview notes and feedback from hiring teams.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate records in Excel.
- Track candidate progress through the recruitment process and produce reports as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed throughout their recruitment journey.
- Collaborate with the Talent Director to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with senior internal and external stakeholders professionally.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- High standards of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting, and PDF compilation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-friendly approach.
