Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruitment and Admin Coordinator to join our team. The HR Co-Ordinator position will focus on recruiting and onboarding exceptional talent for our expanding team while supporting day-to-day HR and administrative tasks.


This role will also involve close collaboration with our HR Manager and operational teams to maintain a positive, productive work environment aligned with our commitment to the growth of IZ Energy.


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions tailored to the renewable energy sector.
  • Source and engage with candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate interview feedback.
  • Support employer branding efforts, showcasing the company as a leader in renewable energy and a desirable place to work.

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and a smooth transition.


HR Coordination & Support:


  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development programs that align with the company’s goals and sustainability values.
  • Assist with HR policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring transparency and adherence.
  • Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate information to employees.


Administrative Support:


  • Working closely with the office manager to oversee office operations, including inventory and ordering of office supplies and equipment.
  • Organise meetings, in house events and employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Maintain the accuracy of HR and administrative databases, ensuring up-to-date and accessible information.


Compliance & Reporting:


  • Support HR audits, ensuring all employee files, recruitment processes, and other HR activities comply with industry standards and local regulations.
  • Track recruitment metrics, employee turnover, and other key HR data to provide regular reports to the HR Manager.
  • Assist with health and safety protocols, especially as they relate to renewable energy projects, ensuring all compliance measures are up-to-date and communicated effectively.


Qualifications


Education: CIPD Level 3, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or a similar role; prior

experience in the energy or renewable sector is a plus.


Skills:

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and administrative procedures.

Commitment to sustainability and enthusiasm for the renewable energy sector.
