Business Development Manager

Our client has worked on prestigious projects around the world, is looking for a UK candidate to match their enthusiasm for changing the potential of lighting, who wants to combine your commercial lighting sales experience with your desire to bring a splash of colour to the world and to celebrate their 20th anniversary with them next year. Our client supplies a wide range of interior and exterior LED products including a range of commercial lighting products. These products have been designed to be intelligent, add colour and some with movement or animation enabling a greater depth of design for their customers.
This exciting role which although is national, could be regional for the right candidate with the correct established wholesale or systems integration customer base who service projects within retail, showroom, fitness, hospitality, entertainment and corporate markets. You will be selling through large electrical wholesalers while working closely with consultants, project designers and architects to ensure our clients exceptional products are specified.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with 5 years plus within a corporate commercial lighting organisation, selling to large electrical wholesalers with a strong understanding of the projects market and close relationships with contractors and systems integrators. With your expertise in commercial lighting, you will be an expert in LED lighting products, you will have an understanding of colour within that product range and a strong desire to add magic to the projects that you will be working with.
