This role is great opportunity for someone who is looking to get into HR or change careers, to gain hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge in a small, generalist HR team; as well as gaining a Level 3 CIPD certified qualification via an apprenticeship with Cirencester College.


The role is permanent and based at our Eastington (GL10) Head Office. The salary range for this position is between £20,000 to £23,000 depending on qualifications and previous experience, increasing to £24,500 after the first year, with our full range of benefits and a guaranteed £5,000 salary increase once qualified.


You will spend one day per week at Cirencester College, therefore the ability to drive and access to a car is essential.


Applicants must have permanent independent Right to Work in the UK.
