Job description


We are looking for an experienced HR Analyst to join our team. Reporting into the HR Director, this role will primarily involve business partnering across all functions. As we are a growing business, the role will be fast-paced and cover a broad remit including onboarding/offboarding, process improvement, performance management and recruitment.


Main responsibilities

  • Full oversight of onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interview coordination, candidate communications, visa applications and liaising with agencies when required.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job roles and training records.
  • Management of absence processes (including sickness and family leave).
  • Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports when necessary.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance and pension plans.
  • Support the payroll process, including data entry and liaising with payroll providers.
  • Organization of annual performance and compensation reviews and provide support to HR Director in respect to these processes.
  • Ad hoc support for various HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience as an HR Analyst or in a similar HR support role
  • Previous experience in financial/professional services desirable
  • Strong academic record
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
