They’re looking for someone eager to dive into the vibrant world of events and contribute to their exciting projects.

The company:

  • You will work in a leading B2B events organisation for high-impact events.
  • They are dedicated to producing conferences that champion sustainability.
  • A rewarding but fast paced environment that offers great learning and career opportunities.

Your role as a conference producer:

  • You will be in charge of producing mid to large-scale B2B conferences, connecting industry leaders.
  • You will conduct thorough market research to identify relevant emerging industry trends and areas of interest.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth and successful event.
  • International travel to major cities to oversee the execution of the events in person.

About you:

  • No previous experience in conference producing needed, 1-2 years of commercial experience is required.
  • You should be a self-motivated individual with a flair for visualising events and bringing them to life.
  • You should be a confident communicator with excellent written and verbal abilities.
  • Ability to speak Spanish or Portuguese is preferred.
