Conference Producer

Due to exciting company growth, we have an opening for an ambitious and creative conference producer to join our team. This is a role with plenty of variety and responsibility, project managing events from research to running them on the day. It will require excellent organisational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to communicate effectively with business leaders.
Your profileOur ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree and previous experience in a similar role. We are looking for a quick learner who is enthusiastic about improving their skills and able to take control of their own workload.
Ideally, they will have:
- Enthusiasm, confidence and a professional work ethic
- Strong research, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to establish and build relationships with high-profile business executives
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and process information quickly and effectively
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
