Alongside representing an eclectic roster, we’ve helped launch creator-owned businesses providing a full 360 degree approach from ideation, brand identity, brand development, implementing e-commerce infrastructure and logistics.
Your role: Partnership Manager
Location: Office based - Highgate, London
Role summary: The role of the Partnership Manager will be to procure brand partnerships, working with brands directly and agencies, along with sourcing commercial partnership opportunities. You will work across the full roster of talent that CCA represents maximising revenue streams for each. This role will report to the 2 Co-Founders.
· Create pitch decks to present to prospective clients
· Pitch clients independently, and with the Co-Founders.
· Hit internal KPI’s of required outreach on a monthly basis.
· Build email campaigns to acquire new business – A/B testing copy to ensure maximum effectiveness and response.
· Schedule online and in-person meetings.
· Utilise your existing relationships in the brand and agency world to negotiate new campaigns.
· Forecast and present revenue targets for existing opportunities and business to be won.
· Maximise conversations and relationships through various work and social channels
· Attend conferences, webinars and networking events within the space to engage with the creator community
· Source commercial opportunities across multiple sectors.
· Build rapport with the existing roster, as well as provide options of new creators to sign to the agency that fall in line with CCA’s key criteria.
Skills we’re looking for:
· Self motivated character who will make the role their own and maximise the opportunity to earn an uncapped amount of money annually.
· 3 years experience working in the creator space.
· A track record of negotiating contracts of all sizes independently.
· Understanding contract terminology along with what the industry norms are.
· Pre-existing contacts across a broad spectrum of brands and agencies.
· Examples of how you’ve generated new business previously.
· Hit the ground running from the off and study our existing roster coming up with ideas of sectors and industries to outreach to.
· A keen eye for detail and proficient in writing captivating emails.
· Highly organised from filing contracts to briefs and invoices.
· Proficient in using Canva (or alternative deck building software) to turn around well crafted decks in an efficient timeframe.
· Desire to constantly be questioning the creator economy and coming up with ideas to ensure CCA stays at the forefront of the industry.
· Team member that will align with company culture to succeed and hit targets consistently.
